I was wondering whether this should go in the Gig thread, but thought it'd be good to separate this purely to talk about what your biggest regret was in terms of bands you never got to see, passed up the opportunity, saw them too late etc etc. Obvious one for me was Prince. I had the chance to see him while I was Uni. However, being a poor student, I couldn't spare the money to go so had to pass. A few years later, once I was out of Uni and back working, he announced his piano tour. Went online as soon as the tickets were due to go on sale, only to find that he'd cancelled the tour as he was unhappy with how much the promotional companies were charging the fans for tickets (very admirable, of course). He'd said that he would rearrange the tour at a later date, and then unfortunately he passed away not long after that. My absolute hero and I never got to see him live. Had a couple of chances to see Rush when I was younger too that I passed up. Shame.

Absolutely pathetic. Same old Villa. Easy run of fixtures and we **** it up. Last thing we need is to piss these next few games away and end up looking over our shoulders with a tough run to end the season. I just don't understand how we can't score goals with the players that we have. Defence is an absolute disgrace. Powderpuff team.

We haven't been able to break them down all game, we have absolutely no chance now. This slide these past few weeks is getting a bit worrying.

The first 2 I think have a decent chance. The last one, I just think Izzy is head and shoulders above the rest of the division. I do like Whittaker though, so I'd love to see the upset.

The thing with tinted/smoky plates though is that they're just straight up illegal. I don't know whether people that drive with them just don't know that they're illegal, can't be arsed to check, or just don't give a shit and try to get away with it (probably the latter two). Like I said before, if I was a copper I'd take great joy in pulling people over and fining them for it. Same for people who dawdle in the middle lane of the motorway, or try to join a carriageway or motorway at about 30mph.

The amount of people I'm seeing at the moment driving with their number plate completely unreadable because it's so filthy. Also the bellends that drive with tinted number plates can be added to that. If I was a copper I'd have an absolute field day handing out fines.

I kinda felt the same. I think the problem is that Nintendo only really has a small handful of "big" titles that will really make waves (essentially Zelda, Metroid and actual Mario games, not the sports ones). Unless we get an update on those, none of the other stuff really interests me.

Played some beautiful stuff going forward, but I can only imagine that Gerrard gave the defence an unholy bollocking after that. Absolutely shocking at times. Anyone try getting the pre-sale tickets for UFC London? The prices were insane. £88 for seats right at the back of the arena. Looking at around £150 at least for half decent seats. Tickets ended up selling out in seconds anyway but that's just ridiculous. Not sure how much of a say the UFC has in ticket prices, but it isn't a good look when there's all this drama around fighter pay going on too.

If the leaks are to be believed, looks like Washington's new name will be the Washington Commanders. Meh, could be worsem I would have liked Hogs, but at least it's not Wolves. Would have gotten some funny looks telling people that I was a Villa & Wolves fan..
