  1. Disagree - he hasn't really had a bad game all season has he?
  2. I don't get it. I don't see what he's done differently since Sherwood came in to what he was doing under Lambert - it's just that the system is different. I've rated him since he joined.
  3. He does give his all and works hard - that's true - but he just isn't technically a good footballer at all. I agree that he shouldn't be booed but the only reason he's playing is due to injuries and that's the way it should be.
  4. What on earth are you on about? That's so contradictory. 'Yes they were breaking ' - that's dangerous. He stopped the break. If he fouled someone on the edge of the area, it would have been a far more stupid thing to do as it would mean that they'd have a great scoring chance. He stopped the break and nullified that threat. Sanchez is a good player and unfairly maligned on here. His passing is inconsistent - sometimes good, sometimes not but he wins the ball well and is generally a bit of a rock of a DM.
  5. I know this is going to sound a bit crap but I'm not still not convinced by him - there's something that just doesn't feel right. I'm more than open to changing my opinion but for now I'm still not going to get carried away.
  6. Excellent news - a big step in his comeback from this appalling injury.
  7. The takeover is clearly linked to our premiership survival IMO - whilst we're not safe, I don't think there'll be any announcements.

I'm not a million miles away from that sentiment either tbh.
  9. I'd give him a 6 as a rating for his performance. He did some alright things but he did look lightweight and his lack of experience showed. I'd like him to get more game time but not when we've got games that we need to win - we have to minimise our risks and playing him is a risk.
  10. He's 23 - he just doesn't defend well, it's not about learning IMO. Well, considering he isn't a full back, if he's going to play there it kind of is about learning really isn't it? He's played as a full back many times - he hasn't learnt how to defend and some people just aren't good at things. Learning can only take you so far, your actual ability will dictate if you're any good or not and I think he doesn't have it.
  11. He's 23 - he just doesn't defend well, it's not about learning IMO.
  12. Looks like he's either a bit rusty from being out for quite a while or he's got one eye on his next move and isn't fully focused on the job at hand.
  13. I like him - consummate professional and still has quite a lot of ability. Definitely useful to have.
  14. His energy was a big help yesterday - we played some nice attacking stuff yesterday and he helps with the quick transition from defence to attack.
  15. Wasn't at fault for any of the goals - he's a good keeper.
  16. That doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence either though - Hutton is by far our best RB, Cissokho the best LB.
  17. Lowton has been poor at LB too in fairness.
  18. Hit and miss as you'd expect - wasn't the right game to play him in IMO.
  19. Overshadowed by how shit Richardson was but had a terrible game defensively - awful clearance cost us the first goal. Should only play in midfield.
  20. Great to see him get a brace already. 'Mon the hattrick!
  21. Sanchez was outnumbered and I think all things considered he didn't do that badly.
  22. He got brutalised every time Man U came down their right flank. His lack of pace and poor positioning is an awful combination for us. The sooner Cissokho gets back, the better.
  23. Another poor performance from him today - been awful.
  24. If you're a striker and you score goals, there's not much that people should or can complain about.
  25. Guzan's a good keeper going through a slightly shaky spell. It really alarms me how quickly people turn on players - I find it pretty abhorrent.
