What on earth are you on about? That's so contradictory.
'Yes they were breaking ' - that's dangerous. He stopped the break. If he fouled someone on the edge of the area, it would have been a far more stupid thing to do as it would mean that they'd have a great scoring chance. He stopped the break and nullified that threat.
Sanchez is a good player and unfairly maligned on here. His passing is inconsistent - sometimes good, sometimes not but he wins the ball well and is generally a bit of a rock of a DM.
I agree with lexicon, we were in deep trouble hadn't sanchez did not do that. also we don't exactly have a great record of not conceding late goals do we?
What if we had conceded a late goal because we only had 10 men on the pitch?
The idea that it is a good thing to get yourself sent off has to be nonsense, even if our manager thinks so.
Anyway, don't think we'll miss Sanchez that much.
That would be a very good point had we actually conceded and that scenario played out. As it is, in reality, it's just another mindless piece of criticism based on a hypothetical set of circumstances that didn't happen. What if they had scored from the break? See, I can play too. Christ.
