  1. Yeah it's a personal thing like I said. For me an anonymous performance like that is bad, but not particularly horrible. A terrible midfield performance would be Bacuna's against Liverpool last season for example, which shows you can be a whole lot worse than just anonymous.
  2. That's one less team we have to fight with for 6th. Great news.
  3. That would be pretty good actually.
  4. Depends on how you view terrible tbf. If you consider not really doing anything to be a terrible performance, then fair enough. He was so anonymous that he couldn't really be terrible. It's not that he did something wrong, but more that he didn't do anything right because...he didn't do anything. Like, I didn't even realize he was playing til midway in the second half.
  5. These stats have zero context and don't even take into account the not so insignificant event that was the managerial change, and the complete reversal in fortune that resulted. That said, it was a pretty bad performance by him yesterday. Well, not bad per se but he was completely anonymous. Didn't really do anything of note. Ineffectual at best and worst.
  6. Like, I know you guys all hate Westwood but Gardner and Bacuna are comfortably worse than him and in Bacuna's case should be nowhere near a professional central midfield. It's one thing saying he's not good enough, fair enough...but the bottom of the pecking order? That's just pettiness.
  7. Bacuna. I swear people are trolling with this Bacuna stuff lately.
  8. One of our 3 midfielders playing in one of the 2 midfield spots
  9. A much weakened Real side would still probably win the PL
  10. I haven't seen Everton for a while, but Gana was far and away their best player.
  11. I have the 3, and it is a superb phone. The software is perfectly optimized and is probably the best version of Android out, and will get even better when Nougat comes in a couple of weeks. Special shout to Dash Charge which is ridiculous, I usually have to make sure I don't forget about it and leave it too long it charges that fast.
  12. Yeah that's definitely not happening. Would love for someone to quote me on this in May though
  13. Never really rated Jenkinson myself, but he is a massive improvement over Hutton and quite a good player at this level too if i'm being honest. Would be a superb signing.
  14. What does he even do? Serious question. He's just like...there. He can strike a ball pretty decently, that's all I can think of.
  15. Yeah but a loss would be crushing. Probably worse than our last Wembley defeat a year and a half ago. I'd rather automatic, then take our chances with the playoffs.
  16. True, but he's honestly the pick of the bunch in terms of shitness. A truly awful, but useful footballer thanks to his athleticism and versatility.
  17. Man, I always thought the whole players get better when they're out of the team thing to be bs...but seriously what's with all the calls for Bacuna to come back lately? He has always been veritably horrendous in center midfield. The only position for him is RB or at a push RM.
  18. We'll might still be around in 3005, but it would be some Mad Max type of existence if that.
  19. I said this is why I suspect he's been picked all these years by all of our managers, then quoted one of said managers saying exactly that. It's not as some ringing endorsement or anything, just to give insight as to perhaps why all of our managers clearly favoured him. His or any of their respective managerial ineptitude or whether or not he or they were liked are completely irrelevant.
  20. Yes, exactly this. And this. Thought I was pretty clear.
  21. This is most definitely true. But I feel like their presence and influence is hugely overstated, probably thanks to illusory nature of social media. Apart from some weird stuff going on in a few college campuses, they have pretty much zero influence outside of Twitter and Tumblr. Meanwhile, their counterparts the alt-right are holding meetings on how they can influence policy with some of their big shots being given big positions in Trump's team.
