What is it with you lot and David Duchovny all of a sudden?

The really paranoid bloke at work invited me to his birthday party on Saturday. It's really hard to say no to him without him thinking that you hate him, which I do to be fair. I ended up bullshitting, saying I'm in Bournemouth all weekend as I just happened to be looking at the league table in the paper when he asked, and in a bit of a Keyser Soze moment chose Bournemouth at random. I'm just worried he will check up on me, he really is that paranoid.

I doubt they will fork out the money to sack Remi, plus I don't think they'd have any cause to. I think another club might come in for him though.

In some ways I'm more worried that Hollis might actually do his job well, and cut costs so the club just coasts for the next however many years going nowhere. I'd probably rather we went bankrupt so someone can buy us on the cheap and rebuild like Southampton (not like Leeds though). I think we would be very fortunate to find a buyer at a price Lerner wants for us if we aren't in the Prem, so I can't help but feel very grim at the moment. As it is, I can't really have much of a go at Hollis for being brought in for this job, as someone has to do it.

I think it began with a tab of acid or two. All the grounds for the Euros look amazing, except the Parc de Princes which looks a bit shabby.

That's the hotel we stayed in, pretty good location and the rooms had both European and UK plug sockets. It's worth going just for that IMO. Two nights should be enough I reckon, if you want culture/museums/Abba-shite it's all roughly in the same place so you can do that in a day, perhaps do a boat trip round the archipelago and shopping and all that shit the other day.

A little bit, but it depends on what he signed up for and what Fox and Lerner said to him before he took over. I really hope he doesn't get so pissed off that he decides to leave or another club tempts him away. The Hollis appointment seems to show that we will be working on the basis of spending close to zero money, and I'm normally an optimist, but I struggle to see us bringing anybody in of note.

On closer googling, it appears that Lisa from Saved By The Bell may have lupus, which could explain the face.

All his years at Barcelona? He left when he was 19 FFS. I'm not sure how many of their academy products actually get to play first team football as teenagers.

2/3 of the U.S. population is white, yet 2/3 of the NFL players are black. I think you can look too much into things, just because x% of the population is of a certain race doesn't mean that the same % of people will be suited to any particular job or be worthy of awards. Still, it does seem a bit fishy that no black actor got a nomination but I've not seen enough films and it's a debate worth having as to whether the film industry naturally feels financially it makes more sense to make films that cater for a white audience.

I keep waking up and after a few seconds realise I'm still snoring, not that loud, but it's really weird. I guess I get all those other things as well mildly which seems pretty natural, sleeping and dreaming really can be bonkers stuff. I recently turned down a nightshift baker's job because of the stories I've heard about what it does to your sleep (and life in general).

I dip in and out of WWE, but back in the day I felt that it was the crowd that made the superstars, the ones who had 'it' would get the reaction and gradually they'd be tough to ignore and make their way to the top, no matter what they looked like. Nowadays it's so forced, when the fans aren't into it then it isn't going to work, and it kind of ruined it for me when I was watching the last Royal Rumble. Judging from the comments I'm glad I didn't pay to watch it this year, wtf is Triple H doing winning it in 2016, and why is CM Punk not the biggest thing in wrestling? Such a waste.

I think it just shows just how difficult buying in January is, especially when you're bottom and have little money to spend. Full back seems pretty much settled now so I think spending £1.2m on a loan for Debuchy is a bit of a waste of money and a loan place. Striker however it is worth paying a decent loan fee, I'd love it if Remy came in.

I foolishly asked for a paint-it-yourself model of Villa Park, I think I managed the top tier of the Holte End before giving up. I think it's still in its box in a cupboard at my parents' house.

I guess they can argue that as he has 6 caps at 22 years old, I assume most of which came in the past year or two, he has more potential than a 25 year old who has played a couple of matches over a long period. Coming from Ghana, he most likely speaks a good standard of English too.

Czechs have complete freedom of movement to work within the EU so there's no permit needed. I'd be surprised if Kalinic got it turned down on appeal though, I can't see any real reasoning for it.

As part of the recent expansion of the EU they introduced a new rule where original member countries could delay the freedom of movement of people from new member states like Croatia until 2018. Czech workers were allowed to come straight over upon joining the union in 2004, judging from wiki, hence the difference.

Swansea seem to be trying to buy back their team from 3 years ago. Weird. I'd keep Sinclair unless the couple of million is the difference between getting the right player in or not.

Exactly, he's been here 5 minutes at a club that's sinking, I'm willing to give him a bit more time to see what happens. I assume it's not going to be fun to watch if Randy is pulling the plug completely but someone has to do the job. Everyone is angry and frustrated but Hollis seems a bit of a soft target for it.

I'm more confused as to how he's had to wait until he's 33 to make his debut. He looks a perfect opening batsman and they've struggled for a few years to find one.

Indeed. They are careful to never mention it in the commercials yet have it written on the bottle. It's a half decent shampoo anyway, and my hair hasn't thinned that much more since I started using it which may just be coincidence, so I'm not losing out other than the fact it costs more. No harm in anyone just trying it out for 6 months and seeing if it works on them.
