As per usual with a lot of this stuff from Leeds fans, all context is ripped out of that first tweet. Is it a dive? Yes, absolutely. But then again, 3 days earlier, we conceded a penalty to the exact same type of incident. Fernandes stood on Konsa, went down, won a penalty. So why wouldn't a player a few days later try the same thing when the precedent has been set? It was a shit attempt by Grealish, and I remember at the time getting annoyed at him for it, but I highly doubt he does that if it wasn't the game immediately following the Fernandes incident.

There was a lot of talk about where would Tottenham fit in their extra games when we had to postpone our game, due to them being in the FA Cup and Europa League and what if they went deep in those tournaments. I don't think they will need to worry about that.

He scored the equalising goal in that 2-2 draw v Stoke whilst we were at our highest point this century, which triggered our 10-12 game winless streak to miss out on the CL that year, and ultimately sent us spiralling for years to come, only to miss a penalty for us years later at what may have been one of our lowest moments since, which got Bruce sacked and triggered our revival. To be fair, I think it's pretty much only English football that doesn't name a squad until the day of the game. Other sports like Rugby and Cricket will annouce a team a day or two before, and there was a bit of pearl-clutching earlier in the season when Bielsa named his squad early - which is something he's done a few times, and gotten articles written about it every time - so I think it's a fairly usual thing outside of English football. Personally, I've always found it weird that teams are announced just an hour before kick off, I really doubt how much it could affect preparation by leaving it so late, it's not like we'd be thrown for a loop not knowing if it will be Silva or Mahrez starting tomorrow for example.
