Makoun is neat and tidy and wants to get on the ball but he needs someone with a bit of energy beside him. I would get NRC on. Also not liking DJ on the right and Albie on the left. So not looking like any points tonight. However, in more important news: -we look better on the ball than I've seen for a long time -Makoun looks **** sensational - pure class We look light up front which is ok as long as they didn't score early - they'd commit and we'd hit em on break. On to our players passing it around well but no final ball, some of them sometimes may as well just have a pop. But as for Downing haven't read the thread but already noticed a few comments, he is well and truly awful, such a pussy and doesn't deserve to be able to pull a shirt on. If you have no passion just **** off , Houllier get some one on who actually does something, Go 2 up top, young and albrighton on the wings. andym Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 collins and dunne are only good when they can defend really deep- they can just throw themselves around in the box blocking everything possible. when they actually have to hold a line, or be positionally sound, deal with a striker with a bit of movement or maybe even pass the ball out of defence they are truly woeful. Clark has done okay, not great. Bent hasn't done anything, mainly cos Ash is being a dick. Walker has been okay. Ref is shit, won't give us anything.
