When people are lying, you know it, but you are in a situation where you have to accept it.

And when I realise I left my towel in the bedroom, but I'm already in the shower.

Realising that you're getting a bit porky. I've told myself this evening that I'm going to dig out the "clothes dryer" (aka the horse), dig out the weights and even dig out the wii for the "active" stuff tomorrow.

I'm not huge but I've put a bit of weight in the past 4 weeks or so.

Initial weight loss is all diet and discipline. Only the serious stuff actually needs exercise.

Aye, I've actually bought some "slim-a-soups" and tried them for the past 3 days as lunch at work (peeeeuuuughhh!). I do tend to eat healthy on the evening (salad with chicken or what not) but my problem is that I don't generally get breakfast* so come 11AM, I tend to get ravenous. Bah!

*lesson here is to have breakfast!
