And people who use them as a guide to what's good - they go and see the Oscar winning films or read the Booker Prize winning books, but if it's something they've never heard of they dismiss it. Then we have staff at the stations saying 'move down there's plenty of space' cramming 3 people per square metre. It's like they don't have a collective brain cell between.
