AVTuco Posted December 19, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted December 19, 2014 I'm saying it again. You can't strike free kicks like him if your technique is poor. No, you can't.
sexbelowsound
No technique. My arse.

Dr_Pangloss
Very positive when he came on, should start next game, especially ahead of Weimann, who was poor.

samjp26
Nearly scored a screamer and nearly set up a winner should Zog or Benteke got on the end of that final pass of the game. He needs to start the next game.
sexbelowsound
Defensively he is suspect but then again he is an attacking player.
Stevo985 Posted December 20, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted December 20, 2014 Not good enough in possession to be a starter, imo. But should be in there ahead of Lowton and N'Zogbia. Great player to bring off the bench.

Weimann is completely unsung for the amount of work he puts in during a game. Bacuna starts ahead of Lowton in a 5-3-2/5-2-3 formation like today, for me.

I don't disagree that Weimann puts in a shift, but I think Bacuna is a better football player personally

Great player to bring off the bench. I agree with your conclusions, if not your reasoning. A great player to bring off the bench. He has a goal in him, which we really need. Would've been great if he'd scored that screamer.
Jay.P.A
Done more in the cameo he played today then N'Zogbia has done ALL season. He's a good player who deserves to play more for us.

DCJonah
Did well when he came on and probably should have started ahead of lowton today. I don't think he's good enough to be a regular starter but he has a role to play in this squad. In terms of his technique i don't think striking a dead ball is proof that he is a good technical player.
