PieFacE Posted July 18, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted July 18, 2014 Baggies fans creaming themselves at this"big name" on Twitter. I think it's going to be Bendtner. Another "big name" free signing like Lescott.
useless
Would be an excellent signing. Hope it doesn't go through. I don't think Monaco want to let him go... Hope so. Lukaku, Cavani and Wellbeck other names being mentioned.
rodders0223
They could sign Messi, Suarez and Ronaldo though, they will still have Alan **** Irvine as their manager though.

NoelVilla
He wasn't in the squad. Good scoring record for Dynamo Kiev but its still feels a bit meh.
useless
Falco will probably end up at Madrid then. Ideye Brown only scored 5 goals last year according to what I've just read elsewhere.
krisagg75
did they get odemwingie from a russian team?
NoelVilla
Odemwingie was from Lokomotiv Moscow. Ideye's career faded at Kiev, as useless say only 5 goals in the league last season.
TRS-T
Seen him in the AFCON last year. Was decent from what I remember but not sure if he will score that many. Emenike was their main goal threat.
Avfc96
5 goals last season and they pay 10 million? Definitely going to put some money on them going down this season, manager and squad are utter shite.

theboyangel
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/joleon-lescott-unsettled-west-brom-3881958 New West Brom signing Joleon Lescott is already unsettled - four weeks after joing the club. The club have not beefed up the squad as they promised to when the centre-half joined them. The Baggies - who narrowly avoided relegation last season - pulled off a coup by landing the England defender on a free from Manchester City and he officially joined on June 20. West Brom convinced Lescott he would not be stuck in a fresh battle against the drop as they intended to sign more exciting new players. But of the Baggies’ top striking targets, Monaco frontman Emmanuel Riviere chose to go to Newcastle and Ecuador’s World Cup winger Jefferson Montero now looks set for Swansea. Albion are understood to have completed a club record £10million move for Dynamo Kiev striker Brown Ideye. But his capture is in stark contrast to the £12million signing of World Cup star Enner Valencia by West Ham, another club that courted Lescott before he chose the Baggies. Valencia impressed at the World Cup for Ecuador while Ideye did not go to the tournament with Nigeria. New boss Alan Irvine admitted the club are struggling to complete deals. The former Everton coach said: “We have good players here, no question, but there are big gaps. “We’re doing a lot of work behind the scenes, but it’s harder getting signings over the line than it used to be.”

abdulaziz1
Brown was good last year in the confideration cup from what I remember. But if they would like a player who scored 5 goals with 10m, They could have Weimann. lol !
TrentVilla Posted July 24, 2014 Moderator Share Posted July 24, 2014 So their 'manager' or whatever he is actually called, head coach probably admits he has never watched their new record signing play. hmmmm
