If so I would 'rest' him against Fulham and save him for Goodison, if he gets booked in that game he would miss Bolton at home which would be better than him missing Goodison. Therefore, this is quite an attractive space filler - means they dont use up a chance of showing one of the more attacking-minded sides against either of these (no offence intended AG just pointing out that some teams are more defensively setup than others, which isnt what the TV audiences want) 0-0??
