He has made a couple poor passes, but he clearly showed that he's pissed off by teammates that don't show commitment to doing their JOB! It's what we have needed from the field all year. I think the biggest problem this year has been Richard Dunne. He was far too impressed with himself and didn't want to make the changes the new manager wanted.
