neilski Posted May 9 Share Posted May 9 We need to shoot from the edge of the box , cant see us getting a sniff of goal otherwise, watkins is inneffective as there no way he's gonna get a run in behind theyre to organised and compact at the back (partly because oir build up play is so slow). You can't compare 35/36 premier league games (+ FA and League Cup) to a Greek league of 26 matches. They've also had no fans at times this season because of violence. They're way fresher than us and it clearly shows. But this is a great learning experience for the squad and we'll be better for it next season. Though whether it's Europa or Champions league it's going to be 10 times harder than this, regardless of whether we have a full squad to choose from or not.
