Rodney Dangerfield. 

Yes that’s right, Mr Dangerfield was finally able to earn some respect when he launched his own website in March 1995.

If it's any help the reverse had a pic of mid-late 60's Elvis.

If it's mid-60s as suggested, the clothes and hairstyles are rather retro, so it would suggest one of those throwback rock'n'roll acts like The Wild Angels. 

EDIT: Just noticed "WILD AN..." on the poster behind them.

No I didn't know but Wild Angels looks like it ! They were really big on the University circuit ; I once played a small gig at Manchester University and they were in the main hall. Excellent Rock and roll band I thought. We were never good enough to break into that scene.
