Looking at the europa teams dropping down to conference league not many major teams to worry about. Toughest probably being olympiakos but i would fancy our chances against them.

Glad west ham and brighton look to have qualified along with liverplop.

There is a possibility villareal or rangers could drop in but both 2nd in their groups at the mo

Do they still have a god awful record in England? They've lost a huge number of away games here

Agree though Betis could still go out and they might be a danger. Ajax on reputation could be tricky but beatable

They are terrible but sometimes players can crumble playing a big name

Any other sides you think we need to be concerned about potentially dropping down? Id prefer to avoid rangers with the history between the clubs

Just Betis, Rangers and Ajax probably the ones to avoid, however the Greek sides in Olympiacos, Panathinaikos and AEK Athens are all decent footballing sides and wouldn't be simple ties at all. Sparta Prague would also be a tricky tie.

Frankfurt not being able to win their group is good

Not if we end up playing them in the Round of 16...

It's an indication that maybe they aren't as good as we thought, but they're still a team Id rather avoid... They probably thought us losing in Warsaw was an indication that we aren't as good as they thought and we've probably proven that wrong.

If we top our group do we go through to the round of 16, and so don't play again until March?

To be less of a dick about this, all of the English teams will qualify from their Europa League groups. That tells us that the teams who finish 3rd are not at the standard of Premier League teams. Of course we *can* lose to anybody, but there's no reason to fear any of them.

Correct.

Round of 32 is 8 Conference League runners up vs 3rd placed Europa League teams on 15th and 22nd February

Round of 16 is the winners of the above 8 ties vs the 8 Conference League Group Winners on 7th and 14th March.

Wow, I hadn't realised that we have 3 months between games. Cheers.
