Good news for Newcastle I guess. What are the rules exactly regarding disclosing Covid cases in the squad?

Seeing that headline AFTER having already transferred KDB into my fantasy squad.

City might be forced to play the under 19 team and will still have about 74 percent possession vs Bruceball

And Newcastle will still get a soft, late penalty to earn them a draw against the run of play

Nilsson-Lindelöf still injured with the same back issues he's been plagued with for 14 months and Solskjaer having him playing RB against Leicester today...

I know he started at RB for the Swedish U-21 team a few games back in the day but seems like a risk to play a injured CB at RB.
