Wagner & Cook have learned their lesson, and Wagner made clear of that at the open house when he answered Dan's question and he said he'd learned about interrupting forward momentum. We're still headed to the same place - we're just going round the Wrekin to get there. We'll have looser FFP rules, can reset, and actually win some games. That will build confidence and support - team and fans alike, Although it would've been great to stay up - we've been here before, albeit this time we have Wagner & co, and when Barry's at Stan's next week, I'm sure he'll have some words of wisdom for everyone! It all adds to the underdog and Phoenix story that I'm sure will be gripping in a future Netflix or suchlike documentary, and when we win promotion and eventually get to the promised land, that story will have been building supporters to fill our new stadium for when its ready. Take it on the chin. It's the game, but with Mowbray hopefully on the mend, Cook's football business side of things, and Wagner's enthusiasm, the future's bright.
