I suspected that Villa and Man City would be added as we've both got lots of games to catch up on and I already had 2 players from each club so that works. Very tempted to pick up another United player (just Fernandes now), considering swapping Salah for Rashford to free up some funds and improve elsewhere. It doesn't change me free-hitting in 18. It can't. I'm decimated in 18 because I planned to be. But what it does is expedite me getting KDB back in sooner for 19. Up to now 19 was Son @ SHE versus KDB @ Cry, but adding Villa to KDB tips the balance. Other than that, I can't see any other changes. It might infuence my GW17 transfer if it improves their 19 prospects but other than that, no, it's as you were. Snogs all. I'm on the way to Irish happy It hasn't changed my approach (except for signing a Man City defender instead of a west ham defender and I might get KDB back for a hit) but it has annoyed me. It's now very easy for people who haven't planned for these weeks to just fluke a good team. And people who have put effort into planning will be no better off. I'll now have 14 players with a double in 19 so it makes my BB massive, but also gives other teams BB opportunities who otherwise wouldn't have planned for it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Vardy and KDB are yet to come and not in my team; the Burnley game being off means a lot of players have Soucek coming off the bench. Unfortunately I have him on my bench but he won't be coming on. It would no doubt be pain, but gw29 could be as sweet as a nut. I'll leave it til the last minute. The possibility of covid cancellations will factor in too. I mean I had players who scored points, including Son, but the amount of people who have spurs captains means I plummeted. And of course all my midfielders performed except for my captain (salah) who blanked. For the third week in a row. The third week in a row I've captained him. I challenge anyone to have a worse captain picking record than me. My last 5 captains: 2, 5, 2, 3, 2 Bruno, KDB, Salah, Salah, Salah One assist in 5 weeks for my captain. I'm averaging exactly 5 points a week from my captain.
