Dr_Pangloss
Having drove around there before I would say that it is a very confusing layout indeed, could well be down to moronic driving rather than it being an attack, although the police have to proceed as if it were for obvious reasons. andym
Seeing the footage on the news of the driver being held down, people weren't exactly fleeing in panic like you would think if it was a terror attack.
Ingram85
BBC so far only ones saying its not terror related. I switched to Sky and their coverage is so desperately trying to be controversial.

Dr_Pangloss
BBC are (rightly) being very cautious, Sky News appear to be willing this to be terror related for advertising purposes.

Moderator OutByEaster? Posted October 7, 2017 Moderator Share Posted October 7, 2017 Reuters, who were reporting this as not terrorism, have changed their minds and said that police are keeping an open mind. So, might well be terrorism again.
