sne
So what's happening outside the houses of parliament atm? People shot, Westminster locked down, a man with a knife inside the palace grounds? Anyone got any more details? Awol
Looks like quite a few people hurt on Westminster Bridge, hopefully nothing like the scale of Nice.
Rugeley Villa
Two attacks apparently. One person in a car mowed down people on Westminster bridge and someone else got into the Westminster grounds and stabbed a policeman. The attacker then got shot dead by police. Not sure what's happened to the other suspect.

sne
Looks like a couple of separate attacks like in Paris a few years back. Edit: Apparently not. Still really bad. Edited March 22, 2017 by sne
Rugeley Villa
Hopefully no one has been killed apart from those scumbags who commited the attack.

I'm just watching BBC news and they said they think the two suspects were in the same car.
Rugeley Villa
Lone wolfs with no planning needed it seems. Thank god it's not easy for these clearings in the woods to get guns, well I don't think it is anyway.
Rugeley Villa
I like how the news presenter has just told everybody what car the prime minister went off in.

Awol
Nothing anyone can do about these vehicle attacks unfortunately and potentially as deadly as going nuts with a firearm. Edited March 22, 2017 by Awol

The fact that they have to resort to these lone wolf attacks which are near impossible to stop is a credit to our security/surveillance services. Plain clothes police were straight on the scene by all accounts. When I was in Paris the other month we were at the Eiffel Tower and it was obviously busy and I wondered how many plain clothes were mingling in with the crowd. This day and age we need armed police in our cities and areas of risk and I'm all for it.
This Could Be Rotterdam
As has already been said you just have to hope that the only person dead is the scumbag responsible. Fingers crossed the policeman stabbed is ok!
villakram
So whom shall the mighty British empire led by the fearless May, smacketh down with most seriousness. As already stated, isolated events are hard to prevent but easy for political scum to use for various doings

Anyone with darker-than-white skin should have their licenses removed. It's the only solution as far as I can see. *This is a joke* Edited March 22, 2017 by lapal_fan
