Match Thread: Nottm Forest v Villa

First time I've watched a match without also being on the forum in ages. Thought we did okay, considering the circumstances, and that barring that catastrophic goalkeeping error we'd be in at half time one up and very comfortable indeed. Check the forum and of course, everyone's flipping their shit. We're coming off the back of a heavy defeat and still blooding a bunch of new players into the team, so it's understandable that players who haven't much played together yet might be having trouble finding their flow. Compared to the last match this is a definite improvement.

That said, two stupid yellows - how many times does the assistant have to tell you to move away from the corner before you move away from the corner - and that aforementioned catastrophic goalkeeping error have taken the shine off somewhat.

Grealish has been absolutely shit

Agreed, his one contribution is an 'assist' which was a basic short pass before a peice of magic from Kodjia, he doesn't get much credit for that, IMO. PRetty poor from him so far today.

Ah yeah, sorry that's it.

1-1 at half time, Bruce out!

You aren't concerned we play almost no football, we have Lansbury playing like a sixth defender, we are only drawing with a team going down, we still have no discernible method to our play, every team we play shows more energy and drive than us, and again we've done nothing to impose ourselves on the game ?

Fine but your sarcasm in two threads at people who are concerned about those things looks childish, not clever.
