I think what happened with the Buckingham Group at Fulham & Plop is fresh in contractors mind and has a scared a lot of firms and that should subside in time. We aren't moving anywhere but if we ever did, the only way it would ever make sense would be tp move to the city centre. (Which will never be a viable option) Otherwise, there is no point. Putting the brakes on The North Stand could be for a bigger project including the Witton Lane Stand. Why wait for the Atairos deal ratification as he could’ve been appointed any time over the past 5 years unless they are now looking to lean on his knowledge & expertise.
