Theres very active north, east, south and west london lions clubs that all meet for home games and always ask for full ballot for all away games. Best bet is follow the facebook groups for the meets. They post most stuff up there!

As in, that pool will be part of a service that will mean people might pay a monthly membership to use it all week. Pool, gym, restaurants, its all dough they’re earning when footy isnt on. We absolutely do not have the clientele for it, just saying its a good example of how london clubs benefit.

Thing is, that spot will get used 7 days a week, and paid for through the nose, they’re adding 2 Michelin star restaurants there too, again, probably tables booked through the week and fully before games. Another example of how being a team in london benefits. Theres so much money being spent, feels like even these small london teams will surpass our commercial revenue once they update themselves. My birds family are all spurs season ticket holders, some Of them live in perth now and when i visited last few times the group of spurs they have there is huge, pubs full for games. We watched the world cup as a group and there were noticeably loads of spurs in perth. Im now working in sydney and can find spurs meet ups but not one for villa… in Sydney or perth.

But without being in London its going to be hard to shift so many hospitality tickets id assume. The whole Trinity road bit is empty for any cup games. Businesses want to take clients to their box in london not brum. Sadly.

Living in dreamland if you think comcast are coming to any sort of rescue or spending spree, we’re a tiny percentage on a monumental balance sheet to Comcast, a total insignificant line on a tax return. No doubt we’ll benefit from some extra knowledge on things, but ive worked for a bunch of multi million pound companies in their own right who are owned by a subsidiary of comcast and even that subsidiary is tiny in the scheme of things.
