I never saw it coming and it was a sledgehammer to the heart . I couldn't stop laughing. The girlfriend thought I'd lost it. It's just so perfect. And the song makes it. Chindie Posted January 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted January 12, 2018 MGMT are very hit and miss, but this is great. Even the video is good. Also the Goth girl on the synths is curiously hot.

Oh it was still funny but that line "Everbody seems so far away from me " as Morty gets Epiphanied in the nuts is just beautiful. I love Harmon so much. Chindie Posted January 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted January 12, 2018 I still don't think this touches the National's best, but the album has grown on me in the months since release.

I really didn't think much of it at first, I genuinely thought there was 1 good track on it and the rest was a bland mush. Now I think there's a few more good tracks on there, but it's still a weak album. Anyway...

Chindie Posted January 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted January 12, 2018 NIN, always brilliant. Bonus points for awesome video. They actually contacted Jeff Minter to make a custom version of Polybius for the video with the lyrics added in.

Chindie Posted January 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted January 12, 2018 I don't like everything from the Puscifer catalogue, but when they're good they're really something. MJK's don't give a **** project.

Rugeley Villa
Demo from Black Sabbath's Seventh star album which featured Glenn Hughes as vocalist. The album was meant to be an iommi solo album, but the record company weren't having none of it, and insisted on the sabbath name being on it. The album reads " Black Sabbath, featuring Tony Iommi" by this point he was the sole member of the original lineup. Hughes lasted one album, and never made it through the tour because of drug problems. Anyway this is a blues jam.
mjmooney Posted January 14, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted January 14, 2018 I thought for a minute that they'd done a version of this.
Rugeley Villa
Maybe they were trying to, but with it being the 80s it sounded shit

Most of the sessions with Hughes weren't to my taste at all. Here is the album version with vocals. Personally I prefer the demo way more.
Rugeley Villa
I like the Aynsley Dunbar cover they did titled "The Warning" on the debut. 10 minute plus blues jam, although the original was less than 4 minutes long.
sharkyvilla
Got the new BRMC album the other day. Was not expecting this, not sure if it's the worst thing I've ever heard, great or just terrifying
