Yeah, it's Allbäck. His role is a bit unclear, but he's pretty much there because he's a close personal friend of the manager. I've met Allbäck a few times around the national side when he played. Interesting, when he was at the Villa he was extremely helpful and and approachable when we needed something from the Swedish Lions-club. Setting up player-meetings and being there for after-parties.
