Guest av1
I don't know whether I'm just dreaming this, but I'm sure i saw an interview with Fellaini during his Everton days, saying something like 'the manager likes me to push forward but I'm a defensive midfielder, thats where i want to play' Since that interview i don't think I've ever seen him play DM. mikeyp102
Belgian have started very brightly. Apart from De Bryune who's touch for once has been appalling. Naingollen looks decent, has he come to the fore recently as don't remember before, seen his name recently but as I don't watch a lot of European football haven't seen much of him. Worst Italian team think I've ever seen.

Whilst i agree this is a poor Italian team in terms of quality, they seem to play a much more attacking game than Italian teams of the past. That at least is refreshing i suppose. Dr_Pangloss
Belgium really aren't very good are they. Italy have been better, more aggressive, better movement in the final third, just lacking the final ball.
The_Rev
Lovely stuff from Italy. They've got no superstars in the team at the moment (Buffon aside) but they are a tournament team*. *usually.

NoelVilla
That pass from Bonucci is great. Will he come to Chelsea with Conte?
The_Rev
The way he trapped that ball before shooting was just sublime. He was crap at Sunderland, wasn't he?
The_Rev
Awful miss from Pelle. Should be 2-0.

sharkyvilla
I'm not sure Belgium need Lukaku and Fellaini, both big lumps that don't seem to be getting anything out of this Italy defence. I'd rather have Benteke and Dembele.
Czechlad
Lukaku pretty much always looks poor for Belgium. Benteke and Origi work better with Belgium's style.

StefanAVFC
He's poor for Everton half the time too. He's a bigger, stronger Darren Bent. Offers nothing if he doesn't score.
