A first team place shouldn't be used as a reward, we need to pick the best 11 we have available, not select a team based on wanting to avoid hurting a player's feelings. I must be alone then in being able to better concentrate when we've lost/drawn. Having said that I'll happily take a win. Have to Agree with Mantis, a villa win is often followed by 15 pints.
