useless
I always thought that 'why did the chicken cross the road? to get to the other side.' was an anti-joke but apparently the other side is a metaphor for death.

RunRickyRun
I've noticed that people who prefer chicken leg (to breast) also prefer lamb over beef. The reverse is also true - those who prefer breast also prefer beef over lamb.
theunderstudy
I just re-felted one of our sheds with my dad. It looks good now.

Spoony
"Boring thread" is a Spoonerism for "thawing bread". More or less. I do actually sometimes freeze bread and thaw slices in the toaster as and when I need them. It's a crazy world we live in.

Xann
Shelves. Brackets or load bearing batons?
AVFC_Hitz
Load bearing is more aesthetically pleasing.
Xann
That's what I was thinking, but it's brackets on the other side of the chimney breast. Might redo the brackets. Need a pp3 for the pipe detector...

MakemineVanilla
My missus has had her eye on a pair of shoes for a couple of weeks but she couldn't make her mind up to buy them because they are very similar to several pairs of shoes she has already but they would be very versatile and it would be nice to have a pristine pair just in case she needed to look immaculate at short notice. Anyway, after much thought and much head-nodding and agreement from me that she had made the right decision, she finally made her mind up to buy them. But when she went into the shop they didn't have her size, so she didn't buy them. I expect that she will buy some other shoes instead. I'll let you know. mjmooney Posted February 23, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted February 23, 2014 Shelves. Brackets or load bearing batons? Battens. Better still, make the battens part of the structure (you'll use more MDF, but the results will look good):
