VillanousOne
One thing we need is a backup Gabby. Someone who can really stretch teams with pace on the left. That would be one of the priorities in the Summer for me. Tonev- ill get my coat who knows even Tonev might have performed today?

How much is he on again 40k a week? Let's not confuse big wages with no talent.......I'm not his greatest fan, but against England, Hutton was one of Scotland's best players. I know it was only a friendly, but seriously given our recent form, is he the worst player we have ?

Him not being the worst player we have is not the point, the point is Lambert is never going to play him again so getting rid is the only option. If we did it this window that would be ideal. He's on 30k a week btw which is still a fair amount. Swap for Hoolahan!??? Haha.

LockStockVilla
If Stoke took Hutton off our hands I'd be ecstatic as it'd have to be permanent since they have no loan spots left. C'mon Mark, do it!
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
We just need a bit of creativity. We did well today, but we still rely on counter-attacking football.

ClarrieBlue
Would love Sneijder. Would be very happy with Mulumbu. Great player. He's a good player but 'great'? Far from it
darrenm
He's really stood out for me in every baggies game I've seen. Really underrated. Determined, powerful midfielder. Bit of a poor man's Yaya Toure.
villa4europe
agree, yacob is a good player too, very underrated think baggies would know their value though and want £8m+ which i dont think is realistic
darrenm
I think £5m would test their resolve, especially if the player knows about the chance of going to the bigger club. Maybe chuck in a player and a couple of add-ons to whet Peace's appetite.

abdomlahor
He does have final product. Great delivery. edit: Perhaps you were talking about experience. Either way I think he'd be a good addition. Edited January 19, 2014 by adz.villa

Bolasie was my call in the Summer window. Everyone raves about Zaha but for me Bolasie is the better talent. Would love to see him in a Villa shirt.
