    He is 36 now… As long as they put legs around him (Sancho Greenwood etc) he will be fine. I’ll still back him to get around 20 goals. Still one of the best in the air too.

    He deserves credit for holding on to Kane imo. Would’ve been terrible for the league if he moved to City. Essentially a monopoly the English PSG.

    I think there are worse teams than us if it came to it so I wouldn’t be that worried. We have goals in us. That said maybe the youngsters stepping up might surprise us and do really well in the prem, let’s hope so for own sake. Ramsey so far is doing well for example, however the real test comes when we get a string of bad results and how they react. As it stands though we have reason to have some optimism.

    I think he will now stay and also play a few games this season in the PL especially if we aren’t getting another midfielder in.

    I used to think this but honestly it’s not mind games. I can’t think of the last time we stated someone was out on the Friday and they played that Saturday or whatever. It just doesn’t happen. We aren’t exactly blessed with first team numbers in our squad so predicting who will play based on someone being out isn’t hard either.

    Yep, good luck to him. With Ings/Watkins now he won’t be getting much of a look in. Kind of reminds me of Okore signing, both suffered bad injuries too. Hopefully he gets his career up and running again.
