Just thought i'd ask the general consensus on SG? I know before he was hired there was a divide of opinion. Me personally that it was a huge gamble and i thought be a disaster. Hold my hands up completely and say ive been really impressed with his ideas, mantra, attitude. Still think there's a long way to go for both him and us in this 'journey' but signs are very, very promising.

On McGinn, you seem to group his level of performance as the same as watkins. Watkins literally did nothing. Mcginn not at his best but far, far better than ollie. Also, mcginn is undroppable - SG absolutely loves him

He is running out of chances with fans also. Can always put up with a player who lacks ability but gives his all. Ollie doing the opposite

He's never been a great finisher, but he always, always bust a gut for every ball, closed people down, showed for a pass and held up the ball really well. He hasn't done anything near that this year. He doesn't run, he jogs. He needs to cone out of the starting 11 but i think that will make him sulk more
