That's Thursday last week, Friday last week and now today they haven't been training. Maybe there's a good reason for it, but when we have 1 point from 3 games I think they should be training more

Was hoping to take my kid to body moor Heath this week. Just wondered if anyone knew anything about it? Can you watch training? Is it easy to get autographs? Do you have to be there at a certain time? Thanks in advance

i'd be gutted if Martinez was our new boss. He obviously has players that are capable (looking at their win rate towards the end of the season). How can he not do this at all consistently during the first 4/5 months of the season?

sorry, how am I a troll? This is a football forum for villa fans, generally where fans of villa come together to discuss any aspects of villa - be they currently topical of totally off the wall. A random thought, but after 2 seasons of Houllier doing a poor job and then AM doing worse...plus reading on here and listening to radio phone ins how fans offer suggestions of what should be done differently to improve the side... How about just appointing a coach to be a caretaker of the team, and for us fans to pick the starting 11 each week via a vote, would save the nerves during a summer transfer window when looking for a manager!

Actually quite glad that OGS is no longer happening. Think Villa fans are naturally wearing rose tinted glasses so that ANYONE we are linked with is a massive step up from AM. I could only foresee an OGS team full of Utd loan players and big fishes from Norway struggling to swim in the premiership. Not claiming to be an ITK before you all start having a go at me. A family member of mine works in London, and has had business dealings with Villa. The strong rumours circulating are that Moyes is first choice, but is having a tough time being persuaded. Again, im NOT an ITK, this is just what i've heard.

Can't believe the amount of morons here still supporting GH. We were woeful today. Lichaj the exception. Stick with GH and we're going down. Chose to play a centre mid of Hogg (an average youngster) and Delph (a player with excellent potential, but NO match fitness - looked so off the pace all game). Reo-Coker and Petrov left on the bench? Idiocy. Albrighton is class but stop saying he was great today, he wasn't. Nearly every one of his crosses failed to beat the first man. Warnock is awful. Downing is a pussy. Why are we playing so badly? We are a squad that minus 1 player finished 6th last year. We have injuries yes, but we still have a top 6 squad. GH and Gmac are the ones to blame. The players don't like or respect them. They dropped Dunne because Dunne raised concerns about his training methods. Instead of working together GH is creating a dictatorship. It's depressing, and GH is to blame. Get him out, now. To those fans who come on here and proclaim that they're love of the club is the reason to get behind the gaffer - shut up. We are a great club, don't stand there and watch GH kill it by sending us into oblivion. Stand up and protest against what he's doing to us.

Does it not depress any of you that Liverpool, Spurs, Man City and Everton are all making their squads stronger, progressing, and showing ambition. We are not. We were supposed to have money to spend regardless if we sold players or not. That obviously isn't true as surely O'Neill knows we need to buy quality players for the start of the season. I'm fed up of us being constantly linked to players like McGeady, Keane, Carlton Cole. Why can't we be linked to players like Ozil and Muller? Proven young quality from overseas? It's so frustrating. Lerner has been extremely generous with supplying MON with transfer kitty and MON has wasted too much of it. Beye, Shorey, Davies, NRC, Sidwell, Salifou, Harewood, Heskey, and the rest. So now we are in a situation where Lerner wants MON to generate his own cash to waste. Brilliant. Proud History? Definitely. Bright Future? No ambition, no signings, selling our best players, allowing our main rivals to steam ahead of us, having too much deadwood in the squad who no-one wants to buy, having a chairman who must surely be wondering why his money is being wasted....I would have to say no. Not in my lifetime anyway. Probably sounds over pessimistic but thats just the way I feel at the moment.
