Yep it is pretty incredible. Levy does run a tight ship. You'd hope with our club refusing to sell the likes of Sinclair for anything less than the price we want, we are starting to turn a corner in this regards.

My mate told me that Jackett started very well, shipped out the dead wood, played young players and most importantly played attacking football, this got them promoted from League One and finished 7th in their first season back in championship. However, then changed his tactics in his third season and started playing defensively, which the players couldn't do and thus finished lower last year.

Jungle Book 2016. Really good watch. Thoughtbthe casting was superb and no one seemed not to fit. The cgi wasn't too over the top either which helped. Although geographically correct the Gigantopithecus (yes I had to look it up) was a bit too much and an orangutan would have been acceptable even if not geographically correct. I'd also think a whole pack of wolves working together could take down a tiger

I'm expecting Shawcross Noble and Carroll to be in his first squad (would've said Cresswell but unfortunately he's now injured). Not that I think any of these are a bad choice. I think that this appointment will work well, as an international manager I don't think you have to be world class, but you have to know how to execute a plan and motivate players. Sam will do that.

Even in his good year or two, I always felt that he wasn't vocal enough which led to the players in front of him lacking confidence in him. Goalies should be constantly shouting at their defence, I never heard Guzan do this. In the 6-4 Blackburn cup game, Ashley Young sprinted the length of the pitch to have a go at Guzan for not communicating, but he never seemed to learn.
