Similar to the above I'm looking to join a gym again soon. Used to go years ago then stopped. Been doing martial arts for the last year, but injuries to my wrists (not because of that you dirty buggers ), have meant to couldn't throw punches anymore so had to stop. Got coursework on at the moment (which I've stupidly left until the last minute), so once that is all in, will join the local leisure centre so I not only have the gym, but also the swimming pool to use. Need to lose some weight for a wedding (now I'm single again) in December. Hopefully, previous injuries (wrists and knees) as well as back pain don't hinder me. (Yes I'm aware I sound like I'm falling apart).

The cameras are right next to the away so always seem louder. From the Holte, I actually thought the forest fans were crap and literally only made noise when they scored. Throughout the game they barely made a noise. Going off topic, but personally I feel it is up to the players to lift the crowd. Strong tackles (which I thought we'd see from Jedinak), shots, good chances etc. let's not forget the fans pay to be there and it is seen as a form of entertainment

Without the league cup, we have a week of training without a mid week match. Think it the first time since the transfer window so hopefully we will now see a collective improvement. For me it's far far too early to consider sacking RDM. We need time to settle as a team, to learn how each other play. I see people righting off any chance of promotion, but we still have the equivalent of an entire premier league season to go. Yes we'd all like to be doing better, but there is still a long way to go and we can easily go on run of results.

McCormack create a lot of space with his movement and when we are pressing high up the pitch he is integral to it. I couldn't care less about his sell on value (and let's be honest he's not that old). Him and Kodjia up front will score a boat load of goals together
