    Its really annoying that these are 8 places below us in the league. Feels like we're playing a team from a higher division.

    Looks like more or less everyones on the same page re. Hourihane now. Good with a dead ball. But very weak, and way below the standard for a championship midfielder. Yes a load of assists, but we've got a lot to aim at and he takes everything. Will be interesting to see how this one pans out. It always struck me how little he features for Ireland given how poor their squad is, a bit like Weimann never playing for Austria when he used to start every week in the PL.

    Weird the attitude to the FA cup these days. Watching a mix of West Brom youth and reserve team on prime time BBC1, playing infront of what looks like about 5k at the Hawthorns. Surely something needs to be done about it. If teams dont want to be in it, then why enter? Or is it like a cup for your second xi?

    Haha. I just watched the whole of the Boro game, and they reminded me so much of Villa. Going to lower league teams and allowing them dictate, offering very little. Then Gestede came on a stumbled around for the last ten minutes.

    A one nil win, but not sure which way?! Fortunately, Sheff U rarely draw. While we are approaching half our games drawn. I so hate draws. Amazing to think Sheff U go top by beating us, having lost more games than us this season. Salute to not drawing football matches.

    Ye i guess some of it is that. I just had no idea that the 30k they had at upton park was so much lower than what they could get.

    It always staggers me how West Ham get 60000 fans. Are there any other (rubbish) teams that could double their home attendance if given the chance?

    Sadly, for me, i think he can avoid it. Theres too much downward pressure from that foot. Admittedly its only a split second, but i dont buy that youd be that unaware that the players face is below you. Sad stuff. Especially for a debut I wonder, does the striker leave a flailing arm on him as they tangle, thus prompting it?

    Ye youre right. Although i was thinking more at the top of english football. Trying to think back as to whether the Arsenal, Man United, Chelsea sides had similar runs.

    Wow. They've now won their last six games a combined 28-0. Feels like that should be some kind of record. And if not, what is the highest numbers of consecutive goals scored without the opposition scoring?

    A wins a win, but a poor performance, and really hesitant at the back again. Not sure why Adomah was taken off. He finally looked intetested today, and was running their left back ragged. Abraham and McGinn the obvious stand outs again. Oh and a shout out to the Ipswich fans. Fair play to travelling to watch their team, who sadly i cant see getting out of the drop zone, based on todays performance.

    He was time wasting IMO. Admittedly, there was a substitution being prepared, but Kalinic basically just stood there. The ref decides when the sub can be made.
