  1. Sorry to bring one back up, but does that mean Toten is an area or county?
  2. I dunno tbh. It's something about totten and ham that just is funny to me. Don't you have some words like that? It's like the Norwegian word for fork, which is gaffel. I can genuinly spend minutes chewing on that word and never figure it out. I've done that my entire life. It's always that word that's funny to me too.
  3. Disagree on that. You don't forget treason or acts of cuntery based on how many good things are done before or after. He made his bed. Mistake by Deano. Should never have been re-signed. I'd never applaud him.
  4. It's hard for me to seperate the fact from the jokes here tbh. Are the first two paragraphs legit?
  5. Afaik Tottenham is a road and an area of London. What's the story behind the name Tottenham? Such a funny name I'm intrigued.
  6. Genuinly think they are both so shit it comes down to who is most liked in the dressing room and has the least wages.
  7. Yeah, I just mean it reads like either AEG or Trez are done here either way.
  8. Yeah for sure. If Buendia is more of a RW then this makes more sense and might actually mean we're after a CAM. It might actually have legs. But assuming we sign ESR or another CAM, it surely means Trez is off or AEG. There's no way we will be sitting with that good first team options, Traore in depth and AEG/Trez + youngsters that are very talented.
  9. Barry was always a word removed. He also had a transfer request done for spurs IIRC. I don't have any ill feelings to Young like that, but the fact is still he left for Man Utd. And that's enough for me not to want him back. Secondly I have a never go back policy. Whether it is pootang or footballers. But for those who are more rational I fully understand the signing. I said for the start we needed a versatile player to cover both fullback positions, and he does that. With plenty of experience to boot. It makes sense. I just don't like it.
  10. Disappointed with this. He moved on. Now we should have moved on.
  11. I'm rather confused by the entire bid. You can't really fake a bid, so assuming it's been made you have to think: 1) ESR have actually told us he wouldn't mind jumping ship. You rarely bother making bids for high value targets unless there's some traction to indicate interest on the other side. 2) We are aware Arsenal are tight for money and are considering this to be an opportunity to force them to spend money they don't have on his contract, and thus they will be less of competition for other players. 3) Someone on our end is off. 4) Grealish's injury is a concern and we want extra depth. I dunno. The entire story seems odd. What makes it even more odd to me is the size of the bid. £ 25 million is nowt for a young English players of that talent. Especially after blowing £ 35 million on a championship CAM. Realistically even with 2 years left on his contract, you're looking at £ 50 million at the bare minimum. So what's the point of making a public ridiculous offer. I really don't get it.
  12. Well ****. That rather ruined my post. Thanks.
  13. He's 36 though, not 35. And Juventus almost lost out on the CL slot last season. So the man has a point. Juventus literally won the league 9 times in a row, brought in a 35 year + player and proceeded to finish fourth place.
  14. Yeah that's a pretty shite fixture list for us.
  15. Nah, that's because we are shit at football. Just a shame they can't hire a coach we know would turn the side around. But the Norwegian FA are such a bullshit organisation you have no idea, so they won't. Not in my life time.
  16. If you ever needed a bigger reason to just boycott everything associated with UEFA.
  17. Grammar. Nobody was...or... nobody were? I'm thinking it should be were, but my 'language ear' wants to say was.
  18. Except Terry had never played for us and we were in the championship. Never go back. Never.
  19. Never go back. I don't want to see him at the club ever again.
  20. It's funny how people see things differently. Personally I think his style looks suited to a tee to what the English top division game has developed into.
