  1. Well this is the Leeds thread.
  2. Reading the back and forth in this thread I feel like I've stumbled into On Topic. Guess it's nice that people are passionate about healthy eating.
  3. Read that thinking how tasty it sounded and then saw gravy. I can see the debate about gravy on fish and chips but on a chicken wrap. That's just wrong.
  4. Marvel has just made a ridiculous amount of films. Endgame had something like 80 odd characters in it and there's been several films and TV shows since then.
  5. Tried finding a picture of a Blue's fan in filthy clothes but strangely nothing came up. I think I must have SafeSearch on. I did find this though.
  6. The later seasons have their moments with stuff like: Balthazar The real world episode Charlie The musical episode Donna And various other bits. However, there's an awful lot of bad stuff in there too. The latest spin off doesn't install confidence.
  7. You definitely need healthy fats. However the calories in them per gram are higher than protein or carbs.
  8. Alot of protein foods are actually carb or fat foods when you break down the macros. Marketing on it is such a con. There are great high protein low cal foods out there but you have to be diligent.
  9. Have you actually calculated your calories maintenance levels or going off the '2500 a day for men'? My actual maintenance levels are at about 3300 a day but I know men who are down at about 2250.
  10. After relocating from Yorkshire to Cheshire as my boss told me we were fully remote working going forwards I've got about a 5 hour round trip now we're supposedly going back 1 or 2 days a week.

  13. My company is pushing everyone to be back in the office 1 or 2 days a week. I'm sure that'll help somehow.
  14. I'm hoping a lot of people's good scores this week were down to using chips and I can claw some back with my WC/BB/FH still to go. I think top 10k might be out of reach now but I want top 50k.
  15. After the bright start and being upto 30k with a big green I've not even broken 100 points and have a red arrow after getting 95.

  18. Lovely from Cash but that was shocking defending from Leeds.
  19. Protein and fibre fills you up and helps ease hunger. I still eat carbs as see them as essential fuel although I try to keep this relatively low (200-250g a day) but eat a lot of protein (nearly 300g a day) and I rarely get hungry despite being in a large calorie deficit and doing a lot of exercise.
  20. It's a shame it didn't happen 10 years ago as I'd have less hesitation then.
  21. I'm torn on this one. Loved him back in the day but he's been gone a long time, some of the other matches with people his age haven't been great (Goldberg vs Taker), it's another example of WWE using existing talent and not developing new and I don't want it to ruin how I remember him. What has surprised me most though was realising he was only 38 or so when he retired. I thought he was older than that (his look doesn't help).
  22. This is what I'm thinking but part of me doubts Pep (been burnt too many times before) and I'm not sure which he actually would prefer if he could only have one. I think it's Europe as that's what City are desperately missing.
  23. Take all the time you need. However, remember that decisions aren't necessarily cast in stone and there's always a chance that you could either split up or get back together in the future. Just try and look on the bright side. With the rate of responses you're currently getting you'll be a Grandmaster in no time!
