I was talking to a friend about this and somehow the analogy that Ferrari are the Aston Villa of F1 came up, but that's not really right is it? Alfa are the Aston Villa of F1.
I found the food in the Barton Arms overrated to be honest. It was good, but there are/were better Thai restaurants in Brum.
Hope the pub itself is preserved though, it's amazing.
When it gets converted into The Warehouse it will hopefully be a really good facility, but... As you say it is currently the Family Fun Zone and losing this will be a real shame, it's a great place to take little ones before a game. Will probably a much-missed facility actually.
Our Flag Means Death is a really nice heartwarming tale. I think it takes a while to really get going in a way, because I think at first you feel like it should be a laugh-out-loud comedy but it isn't really like that. I thought it was a fabulous little show.

Yeah, it's good. Season one in particular I loved, but it does stretch credulity a bit after that. Well, in fact even in the first season really. But it's enjoyable far-fetched nonsense.
