  1. I don't know whether to laugh or cry...
  2. Ah man, Carl Weathers, what an absolute legend.
  3. I was talking to a friend about this and somehow the analogy that Ferrari are the Aston Villa of F1 came up, but that's not really right is it? Alfa are the Aston Villa of F1.
  4. I found the food in the Barton Arms overrated to be honest. It was good, but there are/were better Thai restaurants in Brum. Hope the pub itself is preserved though, it's amazing.
  5. Well this is the most depressing thing I've read today
  6. I guess that Monchi must have called him up on the Sousa phone in order to orchestrate this transfer.
  7. Zaniolo likes to just stand on the ball doesn't he?
  8. Oh no. That looked like a nasty collision with the post
  9. When it gets converted into The Warehouse it will hopefully be a really good facility, but... As you say it is currently the Family Fun Zone and losing this will be a real shame, it's a great place to take little ones before a game. Will probably a much-missed facility actually.
  10. If Man Utd get knocked out because Villa fielded an ineligible player that would be absolutely chef's kiss.
  11. Our Flag Means Death is a really nice heartwarming tale. I think it takes a while to really get going in a way, because I think at first you feel like it should be a laugh-out-loud comedy but it isn't really like that. I thought it was a fabulous little show.
  12. Crucial breakthrough journalism courtesy of the heavyweight journalists at, er, Car Dealer Magazine https://cardealermagazine.co.uk/publish/paper-names-inchcape-boss-as-fujitsu-official-who-made-fort-knox-post-office-scandal-claim/296504
  13. These storms are doing wonders for my car charging costs on Octopus Agile.
  14. This thread has taken a dark turn...
  15. Nooooooo.... ARE. Aston Villa ARE delighted
  16. I'm pretty sure that that site in Dale End (if it was even remotely feasible) isn't actually big enough anyway.
  17. Yeah, it's good. Season one in particular I loved, but it does stretch credulity a bit after that. Well, in fact even in the first season really. But it's enjoyable far-fetched nonsense.
