  1. Stephen Graham! That's me sold...my problems with the first film were mainly due to the cynicism of why does it exist? Who wants that film? Where does it sit within marvel let alone spiderman? Because the answer was it doesn't it always felt like Sony trying to use something it had left to cash in on marvels success, the 2nd problem was it wasted Riz Ahmed, it had the usual villain issues
  2. I preferred Burnley away if I'm honest The cricket club hosted a few lions clubs and served us cheap beer and they gave us about 4k Fulhams OK but overrated as an away game imo the pubs pre game are decent but the atmosphere in the ground and the tarquins and Marthas looking at you whilst enjoying their waitrose picnic in there is just flat and boring (might be an unfair stereotype... But there's definitely more than a few day trippers watching the away fans with a smiliar curiousity to me visiting a zoo)
  3. I'm 56 hours in to valhalla and it's dragging bad Got maybe 10 hours left to go in the main story I think, 2 or 3 counties left, got loads of side quests and gear to do, the river raids, only done the 1st mission in the drug induced vision side quest but I'm struggling The counties thing seemed like a good idea until you realise how many characters there are, how much story there is and even though to be fair its not that samey it's also not interesting Put over 100 hours in to odyssey I won't make that on this, if the shops were open I'd be trading it already
  4. No unfortunately I know all about team viewer
  5. To be fair they do really good chicken wings there
  6. I was thinking about that sponsor when I posted it, ajax shirt obviously so famous and instantly recognisable, they're still a "big" European team With that said I genuinely don't have a clue who ziggo are where they come from or what they do Trying to think of a similar size club or bigger where in clueless to their sponsor, maybe spurs with AIA (American insurance company??) or 1 & 1 at dortmund (some kind of Internet company?)
  7. Disagree Use grealish as the example rather than pogba because you might then see it in a different perspective He positions his body in a fashion that prevents the opponent from winning the ball, it is grealish's ball, he is using his body to protect it - The opponent cant stop himself from fouling him, he can not win the ball because of the intelligence of grealish but because of a lack of intelligence from the defender he will still try and it will result in a foul, it happens every week, 100+ times a season Best example would be grealish getting lamptey sent off in the Brighton game, what grealish does means that lampety can not win the ball, it's impossible but at the same time he knows lamptey will try, it's pure football intelligence, high from Jack low from lamptey, fans of every other team in the league labelled it a dive, it wasn't The amount of contact and then the drama of the fall is something else and I'm not saying that's not shit because it is, that's the balance that is missing
  8. In English football no, we have our crash bang wallop 100mph nature of the PL but its dying out for various reasons, not just defending But when you talk about the clichés of old Italian defenders and how good they were then this is what I always considered it to be what you are talking about, stepping across the line of the ball and making it theirs, it's not traditionally an English thing, don't play the man or look to out strength them or shoulder barge them, just make the ball yours I dont think it's a bad thing as its better more intelligent football, we just haven't found the balance with gamesmanship and it being a bit soft yet
  9. What pogba did yesterday is something that Jack grealish is absolutely world class at Line of the ball, he put his body across it, Luiz cannot win that ball without fouling him, it's impossible, he knows exactly what he's doing and what will happen, he completely outsmarted him Grealish does that to the best players in the league, every game No complaints about their penalty from me
  10. And me, was surprised yesterday with the comments on how bad the pre game show was, I haven't watched that shit in 10+ years, switch it off at half time too Watch highlights on YouTube
  11. And Manchester in the arndale, they seem to be spreading about now with a franchise set up so it's hard to know where or why they are in certain locations Personally considering I think Mexican food deserves way more attention than it gets as a fast food in the UK I found it really disappointing, the quality just isn't there There are a couple of Chipotles in London
  12. I think one has opened up in kiddy following the lockdown, burger pizza bad food type place But other than that there are no independents, theres a fine dining place which is good and owned by a villa fan, there's a Chinese place and a few Indians but there very few independents, even frankie and bennys had to shut, after that there's a couple of chains and then late night places that you'd be scared to venture to sober, give me an American chain burger over a guy dropping one in a deep fat fryer The quality of burger vans and catering events has gone through the roof though, beefy boys and the patty men etc that kind of thing is taking off but they have no fixed abode
  13. The ball in from rashford should be on repeat for our wingers... Very rare we get that quality of delivery let alone the movement and finish
  14. Good old Boris, heard the Gazprom execs were there so he'll be sending the minister for culture and a few trade ministers to make sure they enjoy the final Because of course Wembley has a better press box Seriously though it was never happening but fair play to purslow for getting our name out there and hopefully UEFA on the phone, it'll come back round in some way further down the line
  15. I think so, season 1 is very good TV, it just went downhill from there It has 2 massive problems There was an obvious storyline to me after 2 seasons that they never really developed properly
  16. you just described shake shack too it was ok, it was way too busy in there though, nothing relaxing or enjoyable about the restaurant itself, it was expensive at over $40 for me and the wife, we had w double burgers with various toppings, chips with various topping, some sort of chicken as a side and 2 drinks for which i of course went root beer floater*, plus some extra sauces, the main issue was the fat in the burger, it was a dripping out the bottom when you bit it burger which i could just about stomach but it put the wife off, its a better piece of meat than mcdonalds but at twice the price theres the question of better value and im not sure it is, same can be said of 5 guys but i never felt that way with the UK burger chains that tried to posh it up, gourmet and handmade were both pretty good as restaurants rather than fast food the view was decent though... * on the root beer floater, i remember A&W in Canada being a really good fast food burger
  17. Yeah I get confused with them and whatever the old English chain was, don't think I've ever been to one, not in the states either
  18. just read up on it, first interesting thing was that they've overtaken burger king in the states to become the 2nd biggest burger chain they plan on opening 400 stores in the UK! coming to europe too
  19. That's a stat presentation bullshit thing, its skewed to sound worse than it actually is when in reality because of our relegation we didn't play them for 3 of those years, also then not won is because we drew a game Its spun to sound worse than utd have had a penalty in their last 3 wins vs villa
  20. But the keeper did make contact with him... The argument against Ollie is that his feet left the ground before the contact, which like you say his him preparing for the incoming contact / getting out of the way of it The suggestion that what he should of done is just ran in a straight line, anticipated nothing and just smashed in to Henderson injuring both players is nonsensical
  21. And me Mainly because I know twice as many mna utd fans
  22. This is where us ripping out the heart of their academy is underrated you can do what baggies are doing if you have a core of young players who will come through and ultimately benefit from it but they don’t, they also lost Ferguson to palace last summer, not a single player under the age of 21 in this squad theres no plan there, they might come back up, they might stay down there for 2 to 3 years and then come back up but it’s hard to see them doing anything other than exactly the same, there’s no progression who in this team would you say the PL was a step too much for them, go away get 40 games next season in the championship then come back the year after PL ready? There is no one
  23. back on my laptop so can link it - WAHNSINN - Red Devils stellen Rekord ein! | Man United-Southampton 9:0 | Highlights - Premier League - YouTube watch from 2.18 and tell me its not bollocks, martial's is even **** worse but of course man utd get their penalty
  24. Doesn't necessarily work like that, he's not an unknown, it'll be more a case of who's willing to take the risk of him being a PL player, if we had a £15m bid for him accepted then we wouldn't be the only bidders the price is going to go up due to the fact that half of Europe will be scouting him, definitely a sellers market
