Watched "Flaked" on Netflix a week or 2 ago as i was ill and had no other better options but actually loved it. First episode or 2 thought it was just easy watching, but things get interesting the more episodes you go down. Anyway i liked it. I also checked out Bloodline, as was suggested on here, about 4/5 episodes in but not too bothered about watching another, cant really get into it, but will probably come back at some point.

Borrowing my Dads M235i while in between cars and i must say its super fun to drive. Would recommend. Hes lending it to me as hes getting rid of it and thinks i should take it rather than something else. Originally, it just doesnt make sense as a hatchback would suit me alot better (4 adults fit in car, bigger boot and shorted car for London parking) but the more i drive it, the more it makes sense. If you have the time to do viewings yourself then online agents may be the way to go due to saved costs, although i have found online agents to be just as useless and organizing viewings with them fairly annoying and difficult, as they have to contact seller then get back to you, if he cant do that time you have to go through the whole process again and so on, which can put you off as a buyer. I will presume you are not going to be available for viewings all the time and thus you may have a few less viewings than if you had a local agency who will be available most the time. Another benefit a local agent might have, is they have experience in selling houses at viewings and superior knowledge of local market, which might outweigh your superior knowledge of the property. I recently sold my house with a local agent, and it took something like 45 viewings and 2 months before i got an offer i deemed acceptable. There is no way i would have been able to do them myself, i dont really have flexible hours.

If you have a buyer, you dont need an estate agent, just put solicitors in touch with each other. Although sometimes having a middle man is quite handy. If i got an offer on a house without an agent, one thing i would do is get a couple of (free) valuations done by estate agents just to confirm the offer is at the correct price.

Snapchat does alot of these now, you just press on someones face on the screen for a second or 2 and loads of options come up, like the dog one you see all the time and faceswapping. They seem to change up the options every day. You can just save the photo rather than send it via snapchat aswell

To be fair although as an Irishman (or plastic paddy if you want, due to being raised in UK) i would love to say Ireland has been better off Independent. But with a very good comparable in N.Ireland, and also Scotland and Wales, seems like it makes little difference. A more stable economy I guess but "the celtic tiger was great craic"

Cheers bud, i made every bet you suggested. started with stakes of £25 and moved onto £50. Finished up £1750 so again thanks. Highlight was Limini bringing home 5 or 6 bets totaling £2k. Low light was Friday as a whole. Most frustrating moment was, while watching on a terrble stream with no sound, cheering on Diego Du Charmil who was losing the lead pretty rapidly but in the end won by a nose. Phew i thought, untill i realized Romain De Senam (which i backed at far superior odds) was the other horse that lost by a nose. Happy to have won money, of course, but that nose won me £350 instead of £1250. All in all, great stuff. Followed your cheltenham picks 2 years in a row now and will be next year. . Vacation days permitting, i will be coming at least one day next year, hopefully can buy you a beer or bottle of champagne! Think youll have a few of my friends following next year

For title fights dont alot of the opponents wait out the injury, just incase they lose and then dont get the title fight? Mcgregor is fighting diaz at 25 lbs heavier than his last fight. However i agree, its very much a safety net for UFC, even if Mcgregor loses they can blame it on the weight.
