  1. I would personally never do it that much as it would eat away at muscle. But that would certainly be one way to increase your fitness. I'm usually knackered for the whole week after I do it
  2. Are you really surprised about this? I made a long and (i'd like to think) reasoned post that was actually really complimentary of Bannan, pointing out what I thought his strengths were and how I thought he could improve. And you ripped me to shreds for it, ignored the positives and started criticising Westwood. It's no wonder people aren't more positive. Even if they are, they still have you acting bat shit crazy towards them!
  3. Hard to say who I think he'd choose given a straight choice between us and Celtic. Celtic are a bigger club, imo. Champions league football, more or less guaranteed league titles. But a much much poorer league, less money (?genuinely don't know if we'd offer higher wages than Celtic, I guess we would?), arguably less exposure (better in champions league but domestically nowhere near), location (?again genuinely don't know if Glasgow is more appealing than Birmingham?) Tough one. I'd like to think lambert's approach and the potential to be part of a young squad which is going somewhere would be appealing too.
  4. I do it fairly regularly. Well, it's called "RPM" but it's basically the same thing. It's decent. I do Interval training anyway so it's a good way to basically do that but at your absolute max. Very motivational.
  5. 8 as well 3 and 7 wrong for me. Not bothered about 7 but should have got 3
  6. What the ****? Paul Rudd, Rashida Jones, Zooey Deschanel, Steve Coogan, that other bird from 40 year old virgin etc AND lesbian action? Why have I not heard of this film?
  7. I demand to know where this is from so I can watch it and masturbate.
  8. Yeah I find her weirdly attractive too. But I don't think that's why I enjoy the character. I'm very attracted to Rashida Jones, for example. But I'm not too keen on her character.
  9. Socially acceptable, hence mainly unnoticeable. Provided it's only one per ear. Those multiple cartilage things are a no-no. Eyebrows, lips, nose, tongue (yes, I know), belly button, nips, genitalia... Fair enough, I only asked because you specifically said no exceptions
  10. Every day in my office. I just sit in a place where I get more of the air con than everyone else. It's not uncommon for most in the office to be complaining about being hot, yet my fingers are (literally) turning blue.
  11. it's in season 2, I think. The one that's currently on BBC4 anyway (that's where I'm watching it) I've only seen John Ralphio briefly. Last episode was the one where he and Tom are trying to buy a share of the nightclub Also I don't know why but I really like April. And I don't think it's through attractiveness. She's alright. There's just something about the character that amuses me.
  12. I've done coke. It's not for me. But it wouldn't put me off a woman if she did it unless, as I said, it became a "problem". i.e. if she was properly addicted and it was affecting her personality and finances.
  13. My favourite Ron moment so far is when he's being a witness for Leslie's hearing "The only witness I'm going to be... is a hostile witness" and then answers everything with a question I was "lol'ing" through that bit
  14. A Galaxy s3 mini for about £200 is tempting too
  15. Yeah I was thinking that. But it is about £100 more than I wanted to spend so would be interested if there were any cheaper alternatives.
  16. Exactly. If we sign Yaya Toure on a 25k per week contract but give him a 40 year contract, he's taking a significant pay cut. Not necessarily. It depends on what his expected income in the intervening years (and I supposed on what discount rate we'd use in doing a DCF analysis). I don't think we need to do all that to know that paying Yaya Toure 25k a week is a pay cut over his current wage. He'll have earned what the 40 year contract above would earn him by the end of his current contract (more or less, and if the rumoured £250k per week he's paid now is true) Assuming his career isn't ended by injury I think it's safe to say he'll continue to earn handsomely for the next 10 years at least
  17. Thought first half Ireland were the better team. Very unfortunate to go in 1-1. Second half England came back into it, but certainly a better night for the Irish than the English.
  18. Seems like an absolutely terrible appointment to me
