For the category B and C games, tickets will probably reach season ticket holders. A lot of Claret and Cub members might only go to 2-5 games in the season, and they will target the bigger name opposition games.

Its a good point. I hire quite a few people, and i obviously try to be as unbiased as possible, i do wonder whether subconscious bias can creep in. I also use recruitment agencies to send me CV's. I hired two similar people (age, sex, experience, location) from the same agency, and all future CV's sent to me seem to be virtual clones, even for roles which are somewhat different.

the chances of Man City buying him back are low... He'd have to turn out to be an amazing player, not just an average 7-10th Premier league player. If he does turn out to be that amazing, then the buyback will probably be £30-50 million. Win/win all round. Barcelona never activated their buyback clause on Traore after all!

my very rough guess... £150m in transfer fees (£50m hits 2019/20, if assume all 3 year contracts). Then £50m in salaries. So £100 total spend for 2019/20.

Roughly £84 million spent so far. Maybe 3 more players at an average cost of £12 million = £84m + £36m = £120m Thats my guess.

I don’t get it. Whats the EFL trophy? Its not the league cup? A new trophy? Why are only 16 Premier League clubs invited? What’s happened to the other 4?
