    Because loyalty and style of play mean more than desperately staying in the premier league. Why are you so desperate to finish 17th?

    I'm really not too bothered about the prem, I want to be entertained and value that above staying in the premier league at all costs. If Dean delivered that, I'd have been happy. I would have chosen entertaining football and relegation under over backs to the wall but staying up.

    I think other clubs have wised up to the fact that hes poor on the ball. Reduce our options and force him to go long.

    A very disappointing day, I love Dean and would happily let him take us down but the players need to be fighting and they just arent. I didnt mind losing when we were trying to win games, if the goal is 20 percent possession and nick one of the break, we may as well have kept Bruce.

    Watched him quite a few times this season, looked good in league 2 but I didn't really see anything that made me think he was going to trouble the premier league.

    What makes a player premier league ready? It maybe that only a handful were destined for a top 6 club but plenty would be capable of representing the many unfashionable clubs that sit outside of them.

    I wonder how it will affect player contracts and the transfer market. I think contracts usually run until end of june, if the season is not concluded by then will we start to see players move. If they start to mess around with contracts you risk contravening employment laws.

    I've watched him a few times this year, hes had points where hes impressed and points where to be honest he looks like hes found his level. It might be that Cheltenham isnt the right team for him, they play very direct football often without a lot of possession. A lot to do if he wants to become a premier league player.

    Not a great game at all but hes pur 4th choice centre half and everyone needs a squad. Problem is we keep trotting him out. Mings the big miss today

    Very good game, held the ball up, created and looked a threat.

    I'd be tempted to go four at the back, grealish into the midfield and maybe trez In the front three. We need to stop our back 3 smashing the ball aimlessly forwards.

    This is so true, McGinn even commented on it in his first season, he said hed spent 6 months just trying to understand where to pass the ball, the runs his team mates would make, etc

    Disappointing that we didnt make a change until we were 5 nil down. Unbelievably city made the first change of the afternoon when their work was done. I know we dont have options but you simply cant bury your head in the sand, you have to try something different

    I agree, for what we paid his assist and goal return is decent. If he was an option off the bench I'd be pretty happy, the problem is hes our starting winger so you expect a little more.

    I'd love benteke, call it nostalgia, call it whatever you want I just think that sometimes certain players and certain clubs belong together.

    In which case I'd go with what weve got. The reality is we wont sign a top class keeper and we badly need to strengthen up front, thay would be my priority.
