It looks to say FX Vorld rather than World.. at first I thought there might have been a fold hiding part of the W but its on both kits. My point being its probably fake (sponsor at least) as theres no such word as Vorld is there?

I haven't bought a Villa top since we've started using gambling companies as sponsors. I refuse to walk around advertising something I don't agree with. Is daftbet still going to be our sponsor next season?

With the rubbish that's been linked with us, I'd much rather have Laursen and Mellberg as his number 2 put in place until the end of the season. Whats Sherwood done that he gets linked so heavily? If we cant get an experienced relegation battled manager then get these 2 in who have about the same amount of experience as Tim bloody Sherwood

omh621 - your example makes sense for someone starting a new job, but there's nothing wrong with your co workers and boss telling you they expect more from you first thing in the morning if you haven't been pulling your weight for 6 months

P3ete - in football manager you can demand a player plays when fit so I imagine there would be this rule in real life. Although man u probably wouldn't want him for their first team, you can understand them wanting him to get as many games as possible to keep him in the shop window if we chose not to buy him in January. Otherwise he would go on a free transfer end of the season.

There's something seriously wrong with VillaTalk. I cant quote people and i can't even copy and paste into this comment box from 3 different computers, for months now. Anyway, i'll have to write without the link or quote but there's an article on teamtalk with quotes from Paul Lambert saying Kozak has started running and they are stepping up his training, so he's not far away.. still a 'wee bit to go' but sounds good.

I really am thinking it is in the loan agreement that he must play if fit, Lambert shifted him to a more advanced role playing Delph, Sanchez and Westwood in the usual positions he would play. That suggests to me he is 4th choice midfielder, but if he has to play him then shift him out of position. Would have been far more effective if we have started with Gil, Grealish or even Zog in that position. Cleverley really is that bad but looks like he has to play no matter what.

How come there's no thread for Carles Gil? according to wm close to signing. Thought Villa Talk had individual threads for player speculation, one of the reasons i prefer villatalk over h&v. Ironically they have everything in one thread but got a Carles thread.

Guzan vs Friedel vs Sorensen vs Bosnich who is the best?

Bosnich Guzan James Friedel Given Sorensen Carson James always got to much unfair criticism, was really disappointed when he left. Made some amazing saves but people would go on about a dropped catch for months on end. Friedel was a solid keeper and a great pro, but he never made any great saves like in his Blackburn days. I always found that when he did save it he would always push it back in the danger zone. -
Arkham Knight, everything else can wait for 2016 when I pick it up in a sale or buy it 2nd hand.

To me (and most fans judging my the comments) he's not had any good games, he would become the most expensive signing in this team at 8m and at that price tag you would expect him to be MOM most games. I can't recall him making a single great tackle, creating a single chance or scoring a single goal. Lots of lovely 5yard sideways passes though, I'll give you that.

Barry Banana wasn't half as bad as you lot make out. I'm yet to see any evidence that Cleverley is better..

I think Bannan and Herd might do a better job than Westwood and Cleverley at the moment. At least Bannan tried to be creative, Westwood and TC just want to pass it sideways max 5yards all the time.

Let him go back in January, never worth 8m. If Lambert really wants him, go back for him in the summer as a free agent. He's not the type of player who's going to make difference between relegation or not. Spend that 8m on a creative player in January. Delph and Gardner will be back hopefully in the new year so we wont even notice him gone, I don't notice him on the pitch most of the times

Ads - you really should play Fall Out 3 rather than New vegas, although new Vegas is newer the graphics are the same (think they used the exact same engine) but 3 has a much better atmosphere and story - its one of my favourite games ever. off topic, but how come the quote button doesn't quote quotes anymore?
