And it is **** excellent. Just got round to ordering it, at last, can't wait to hear it on 5.1. As to whether it's as good as GFD, I'' reserve judgement til i've given it a good few listens, it took several to get into that LP at the time. Another one to look forward to is Killswitch Engage's Disarm The Decent out on April 2nd. Should be interesting and they're at the HMV on May 4th.

Looking forward to this one too, never tire of seeing France's finest export. Barfly 2009 is still one of my all time favourite gigs, standing at the front being assaulted by "Oroborus", like being hit with a baseball bat, or perhaps more appropriately, a stale baguette!

Fender FTW Our youngest son's first electric was a Pacifica, I don't think you'll find a better guitar for the money. It was that finish too. He had a Vintage SG not long after, a lovely looking guitar but nowhere near as good. He actually has quite a few guitars and basses now, I'm just waiting for him to post something on this thread seeing as he's a member.

I've only been into them for a couple of years, discovered them via my lad, glad I did. How can such a quality band slip under ones radar? Well apart from the fact that the only mainstream rock station ignores them, I suppose.

Deftones were awesome at the O2 on Tuesday. Gojira at the O2 March 23rd and Minus The Bear on the 26th of April. Plus hopefully my son's band will be supporting We Are The Ocean at Chester SU next month, fingers crossed.
