All that seems to say is that we could be sold within a month if there was a buyer in place or someone seriously interested a few months back. But as far as we know there wasn't any interest.

Looked pretty good against Dallas, and if I recall did a decent job in the few games he played for us in the prem against utd and man city. I think lambert would have carried on playing him aswel if he hadn't picked up an injury. Maybe he's gonna be given a chance this season?

According to Gordon Burns who is some kind of BBC reporter we're interested in taking Young back from utd and willing to pay £7m. Don't know how credible that info is though. Edit: turns out he's just a former BBC presenter so probably not all that credible.

The fact that Lerner (supposedly) has asked for Bent etc to be re integrated into the squad suggests to me that a sale isn't close, if it was why would he care about them being in the squad or not.

When the journalist asks 'can you confirm lerner said to you that a sale is not imminent' (not exactly that wording but something like that), Lambert clearly dodges the question, he goes off topic and starts talking about other things, doesn't give a 'yes' or a 'no' at any point in his answer
