Leeds won't be finishing any lower than 15th IMO. They dominate games too much.

Unless Bielsa has a wobble and walks that is.

Watched some of that Gvardiol and he looks really good to me.

I remember people saying something similar about Norwich.

Thing is that it's the team, defensive organisation and ability that's so important when you're promoted. That's why I think Ben White is a bigger loss then the positives gained from signing someone like Rodrigo.

I expect them to beat the drop, but I'm pretty sure they will be down there rather than midtable.

Thats the championship mate. The premier league is a complete different beast.

If covid didnt hapoen they probably would have bottled it again

Last season it certainly was not.

Steve Bruce managed to finish mid table ffs.

There were a lot of bang average teams last season.

Leeds are defensively sound under Bielsa though. They aren't leaking goals like Norwich.

Alot of teams will learn from that believe me

Still pretty much the same squads.

CP lost 9 games in a row when the season ended.

Newcastle looked awfully average.

Brighton are nothing special

Burnley are overrated.

It will be an interesting season. But i do think Bielsa will make a big difference for them.

If we (Villa) have learned anything from last season it is that we aren't too far away and hence have to target these teams, and of course those who have been promoted.

Can we achieve that? Of course we can.

You are only as good as your strikers.

This is why Brighton still are ahead of us. Hopefully we can sign Watkins.

Very very highly rated by them

By the club or the fans. If the fans I would be sceptical because according to them the Leeds tea lady could be 1st choice midfielder for Real Madrid

Paying probably 20 million for a player that is a little injury prone

Yeah thats the only thing with axel his injury record is dreadful. When fit thoygh a very good cb with bags of potential.

Potential, exactly, whereas Konsa has been solid for longer.

He's alright. He doesn't get a lot of chances and when he does he looks decent as opposed to anything great. Wouldn't be surprised to see him stay around the championship for the majority of his career
