Heskey nearly scored a beauty after some sort of Zidane turn, we've been gutsy and courageous and are going forward with real purpose. We're trying so hard. Hutton is trying to play CM forcing albrighton to play RB. I think I now know why Albrighton starts and it's cause he covers Hutton's spot. FFS! You can only beat what's in front of you mate. We're palying Bolton tonight not Albion. Worry about them lot on Saturday. How about giving them some credit hey? We've done everything but score. COME ON YOU LIONS!! bose Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 Despite the gloom and doom before kick off actually McLeish has got it spot on so far. No way was it defensive on Saturday and we've just attacked Bolton the whole of the first half. Let's hope 2nd half the team don't get frustrated and tire. We need the points guys! How has he got it spot on? We would create so much more if we actually had a fairly creative player in midfield (Gardner/Bannan) instead of Warnock. Our only chances have come from the "Hleb attack" - bypassing the midfield and lumping it to Heskey. Albrighton just doesn't seem to be able to cross anymore and he really needs to look up more. Fair play to them tonight. The problem is when we play the average teams McLeish sets them up to play for the draw and against the 'elite' he sets them up to not to concede to many.
