snowychap
Can't even use the review system properly. Good. Should get rid of the bloody thing! Grrr. Isn't the umpire called Erasmus? That made me chuckle.
OutByEaster? Posted August 6, 2010 Moderator Share Posted August 6, 2010 Hmmm. Edgbaston have gone with very expensive tickets for this with the cheapest at £60. There are 6,000 empty seats today (and is the capacity already reduced for the building work?) If the groundsman has thrown up a pitch that only gives us three days play, I suspect he'll be getting the Roberta.
Hanky
What kind of a track has the Edgbaston groundsman served up? A good one. The batting is just terrible.

Qwpzxjor1
Doesn't look much wrong with the pitch. The ball is swinging a fair bit but that's probably more the humid, overcast conditions. Oh, and Pakistan's woeful batting. Be interesting to see how many England get on it. At the moment I don't believe this score is anything but poor Pakistan batting. Qwpzxjor1
There's the wicket! Obviously a bit behind you (I'm on Sky Player). 64-8. Every run is precious to them right now Hanky - don't start taking them away from them!
Hanky
Ha thought I was wrong when I posted it. Anyway 72 all out in the end.

Qwpzxjor1
Pakistan's lowest ever total against England. That's a poor score in any version of the game.

Qwpzxjor1
Strauss and Cook certainly not struggling so far. Pakistan just giving us 5 runs for overthrows there too. Was never gonna get the run out, was a terrible decision to throw at the stumps, and an equally poor throw.
Phumfeinz
Pakistan are the worst cricket team.

Hanky
England all out for 251. Pakistan 9-1 trail by 170 runs.
OutByEaster? Posted August 8, 2010 Moderator Share Posted August 8, 2010 Pakistan 94-5 and looking unlikely to see out the day. Great test for England, not so much for Edgbaston.
